Aaron Webb is a Member of the firm and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He has been with the firm since 2007 and focuses his practice on litigation, opinion drafting, and patent preparation/prosecution.
Aaron supports the firm's clients in developing and managing their patent portfolios, and regularly counsels them regarding infringement, validity, and licensing issues. He has extensive experience assisting clients regarding a wide range of technologies including materials, electronic and electro-mechanical devices, chemical processes, polymers, and pharmaceuticals. Aaron has also litigated various matters on behalf of clients before various U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and in post grant proceedings before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) such as in inter partes reviews (IPRs).
Aaron frequently travels to Japan and Europe to meet and assist clients, and to provide lectures and seminars on U.S. IP law and practice.
