Luke Hibbeler is an associate of the firm and his primary focus is on patent prosecution across the chemical and mechanical arts. Luke has experience managing both U.S. and foreign patent applications.

Before joining the firm, Luke practiced in both patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation. He also worked on a variety of contractual matters ranging from licensing to master service agreements.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Luke competed in Division 1 Track and Field at Kansas State University and was named an All-Academic Big 12 Scholar-Athlete. He used his last year of NCAA eligibility at Saint Louis University School of Law, setting a school record in the 400m hurdles.
