Todd Guise is a Patent Agent in the firm’s New Applications Department, where he focuses on the preparation and filing of new applications, subsequent Information Disclosure Statements, and responses prior to first Office Actions on the merits.  Todd has a background in computer science and extensive prosecution experience in the mechanical arts.

Todd is a regular participant in the firm’s annual Intellectual Property Training Institute.  He also has extensive experience working with clients from Japan, and is a proficient Japanese speaker.
