Holly Ford Lewis is Of Counsel with the firm and co-chairs the firm’s trademark practice. Holly focuses her practice on trademark and unfair competition law, with a particular emphasis on trademark enforcement, counterfeiting, false advertising, TTAB litigation and IP due diligence related to complex mergers and acquisitions.
Holly has significant experience in all aspects of domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and regularly assists clients in selecting marks and developing effective worldwide strategies for establishing and enforcing their trademark rights. Holly also counsels clients on copyright matters including copyright infringement issues, work for hire agreements, filing copyright applications and drafting copyright license agreements.
Holly is active in the trademark community and has served on the Board of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia as well as several International Trademark Association committees. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Holly worked for a large national law firm where she also served as co-chair of the trademark practice.
