Felicito Guiyab is an Associate at our firm and focuses his practice primarily on patent preparation and prosecution.  Felicito has more than 10 years of experience successfully prosecuting patent applications across diverse industries, including hardware (analog and digital circuits), semiconductors (fabrications, packaging), software (machine learning, smart contracts), and cellular technology (wireless data communications, 4G/5G standards).  Felicito also has significant experience drafting and prosecuting complex patent applications in a variety of electrical and telecommunications technologies guiding startups through the patent development, drafting and prosecution processes.

Prior to practicing IP law, he gained valuable industry experience as an engineer at Texas Instruments, Inc., a leading semiconductor company, and at the Philippines Long Distance Telephone Company, Inc., a major telecommunications provider.
